Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MTCA12080 manufactured by Melcor and we are pleased to be able to service most Melcor systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mercold Brand DA35152 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mettler such as TB6003422E equipment made by Mettler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mettler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mettler" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6100262 made by Metaullics-Systems as well as the popular 17DRV114 original spares produced by Melles-Griot
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 52121292 by Mettler and TB6003422E spares by Mettler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
