Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Matrix products, including obsoleted and phased-out Motor-Parts-Inc-Of-Michigan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Maska product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Matrix such as the 5EC035P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10891578 manufactured by Motor-Parts-Inc-Of-Michigan and we are pleased to be able to service most Motor-Parts-Inc-Of-Michigan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L099X78 by Manufacturer Maska as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Morse Brand XF1125D06N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Murray-Tensioners such as 51B equipment made by Murray-Tensioners have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MOO7400CCL by Mpd and 51B spares by Murray-Tensioners are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
