Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Martin SK-BB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Morse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Morse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Martin product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Morse such as the 640607 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 25RW manufactured by Morse and we are pleased to be able to service most Morse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 40H100 by Manufacturer Martin as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Morse Brand C21Q56H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mayr such as X00141911099 equipment made by Mayr have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mayr products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mayr" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available F6116601 made by Mayr as well as the popular 40SK70 original spares produced by Martin

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 65120398H655 by Micron and X00141911099 spares by Mayr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F80MM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Martin.
