Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Marsilli products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marposs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mesa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Marsilli such as the MSC3685A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the J3408020910 manufactured by Marposs and we are pleased to be able to service most Marposs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSD1 by Manufacturer Mesa as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mazak Brand BN624A926G52A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Marathon such as 284THTNA7036 equipment made by Marathon have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 3512169A made by Memtron as well as the popular J8169008638 original spares produced by Marposs
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 12464ASSYA06A15381 by Mcdonnell-Douglas and 284THTNA7036 spares by Marathon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
