We service and repair Magpowr EZE and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Menge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marposs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Matrox product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Menge such as the GSM300605XXXBR2358RBP5XH17190 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GAUGE manufactured by Marposs and we are pleased to be able to service most Marposs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ILMPRO by Manufacturer Matrox as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Marposs Brand J3606142200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Measurex such as 4349900 equipment made by Measurex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Measurex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Measurex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HCS42024619 made by Magtrol as well as the popular CVK184TTD7322EVE original spares produced by Marathon
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 80036035 by Manz-Automation-Keba and 4349900 spares by Measurex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
