Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Martin such as the 80BS382 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BNBSS25 manufactured by Misumi and we are pleased to be able to service most Misumi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 80BS201 by Manufacturer Martin as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Martin Brand 60BB15H58 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mannesmann such as DO5B801 equipment made by Mannesmann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mannesmann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mannesmann" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 60B30 made by Martin as well as the popular 3530301117 original spares produced by Mercedes-benz-Chrysler
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5VX1320 by Mbl-Maxstar and DO5B801 spares by Mannesmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
