Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Magnetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Matsushita-Sunx parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Makino product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetek such as the GPD503DS304 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LX101Z manufactured by Matsushita-Sunx and we are pleased to be able to service most Matsushita-Sunx systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MGF20 by Manufacturer Makino as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Magnetrol Brand 3855C100063410442100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Meiden such as UA023 equipment made by Meiden have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 337XS by Mazak and UA023 spares by Meiden are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
