Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Matsushita products, including obsoleted and phased-out Melec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mars product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Matsushita such as the ANR12821 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KP1752 manufactured by Melec and we are pleased to be able to service most Melec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10731 by Manufacturer Mars as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mark-Systems Brand NSC1S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Markem-Imaje such as A4170 equipment made by Markem-Imaje have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2120320010CN by Metal-Work and A4170 spares by Markem-Imaje are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FV1C01000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Meta-Controls.
