Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FB141102BL3SP manufactured by Harmonic-Drive and we are pleased to be able to service most Harmonic-Drive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HYBHU60R by Manufacturer Hypower as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Nexen Brand H1000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rexnord such as FB22432H equipment made by Rexnord have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexnord products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexnord" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available F118 made by Morse as well as the popular HU25C1 original spares produced by Conedrive
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HFS1810HS by Sumitomo and FB22432H spares by Rexnord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ILH38 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dodge.
