Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lenze MCS 06C41-RS0P1-Z0B0-ST5S00N-R0SU parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leuze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Liebert parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lenze product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leuze such as the DDLS786 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G170360 manufactured by Liebert and we are pleased to be able to service most Liebert systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SMVector by Manufacturer Lenze as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Leuze Brand CT30900BH3CR30900BH5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Levitronix such as 10030005 equipment made by Levitronix have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available GS63B6D3S8V made by Leuze as well as the popular SD4R30300G original spares produced by Leuze

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0281000200 by Liebert and 10030005 spares by Levitronix are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
