Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kuka products, including obsoleted and phased-out Krohne parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kurz product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kuka such as the KUKAKR6R900 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FCCIDJH570 manufactured by Krohne and we are pleased to be able to service most Krohne systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MODEL1322 by Manufacturer Kurz as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Kuka Brand KSD132E93DA113I4B53100470131 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kulite such as XT190300SG equipment made by Kulite have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kulite products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kulite" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LMZ500N379 made by Kraemer-Elektronik as well as the popular KR162 original spares produced by Kuka
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 00115927 by Kuka and XT190300SG spares by Kulite are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
