Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kel-tech AL1244C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kop-Flex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Komatsu parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Martin product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kop-Flex such as the 20EB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2087072170 manufactured by Komatsu and we are pleased to be able to service most Komatsu systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 35B28SS by Manufacturer Martin as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Kop-Flex Brand SIZE2SERIESH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lampin such as HAT12 equipment made by Lampin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lampin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lampin" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PRN50010040 made by Kuroda as well as the popular 2062B17 original spares produced by Martin

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0733200600 by Komatsu and HAT12 spares by Lampin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
