Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Keb 16.F5.CDE-340A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Key-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Keyence product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Key-Technologies such as the 21995 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D1456E2 manufactured by Keba and we are pleased to be able to service most Keba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HI01T by Manufacturer Keyence as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Kemo Brand 4361025027 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Keb such as 09F5C3BLA0A equipment made by Keb have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available FS260 made by Idec as well as the popular SN488122 original spares produced by Kepco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TWSTBPOL1 by Kep and 09F5C3BLA0A spares by Keb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ARM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kensington.
