Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Keb 09.F5.GBD-YM00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kebco-Keb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kitagawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Klay-Instruments product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kebco-Keb such as the C2S4D2E5000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 970169 manufactured by Kitagawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Kitagawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8000SANCA3mBX35G1 by Manufacturer Klay-Instruments as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Keyence Brand FDMZ100AYK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Klingelnberg such as 3150227N01 equipment made by Klingelnberg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Klingelnberg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Klingelnberg" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 790101 made by Keystone as well as the popular 15F4C1EAC01 original spares produced by Keb

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B100 by Killark and 3150227N01 spares by Klingelnberg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AWT16x100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Koganei.
