Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Innovative Technology PTE080-1S101 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Joyce-Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Joy-Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Intecolor product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Joyce-Dayton such as the WJ1000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C101209 manufactured by Joy-Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Joy-Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FP15PACAAAZ by Manufacturer Intecolor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Intergraph Brand PCB422 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Intecolor such as FB12PAZAAZZ equipment made by Intecolor have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ROD1424002900K1 by Johannes-Heidenhain and FB12PAZAAZZ spares by Intecolor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ION515 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ion.
