Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Igus products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ihi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Iko product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Igus such as the 1020485 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RMN4G102412C manufactured by Ihi and we are pleased to be able to service most Ihi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LRXG30 by Manufacturer Iko as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 224324 by Idramat and RCP2SA5IPM650p1R10 spares by Iai are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
