Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ifm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ifm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ifm product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ifm such as the IE5090 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PN7204 manufactured by Ifm and we are pleased to be able to service most Ifm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OGS700 by Manufacturer Ifm as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Jai Brand RM4200GE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kavlico such as PT2555005 equipment made by Kavlico have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kavlico products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kavlico" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SM556A100 made by Hyde-Park as well as the popular HC67034N00W original spares produced by Johnson-Controls
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PN24227 by Ifm and PT2555005 spares by Kavlico are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
