Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alpha parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kollmorgen product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the P56H3441U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LP070M02100111000 manufactured by Alpha and we are pleased to be able to service most Alpha systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M103A22 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Reliance Brand P14X1475R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Prestolite such as MTT4002 equipment made by Prestolite have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Prestolite products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Prestolite" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HYP060R5 made by Foote-jones as well as the popular MM9310W12 original spares produced by Fafnir
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KFKN280mm by Transtech and MTT4002 spares by Prestolite are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
