Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 A.-O.-Smith product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the DXE430 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E67948 manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E205 by Manufacturer A.-O.-Smith as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Delta Brand DJ87121 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Marathon such as E630445TTFN6536 equipment made by Marathon have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available D149904 made by Westwind as well as the popular DG211000 original spares produced by Newell
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DSG71K by Baumuller and E630445TTFN6536 spares by Marathon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
