Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hirotec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hewlet-Packard parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Heidenhain product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hirotec such as the HT950201N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E1324A manufactured by Hewlet-Packard and we are pleased to be able to service most Hewlet-Packard systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 27565803 by Manufacturer Heidenhain as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HFKP13HFKP13KP13 by Mitsubishi and 11UDE spares by Herutu are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
