Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hdr ZF2-400-350-NC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Heidenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hengstler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hengstler product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the 5576792258257807 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HengstlerTico732Counter manufactured by Hengstler and we are pleased to be able to service most Hengstler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 12567 by Manufacturer Hengstler as well.

Spare units by Headlock such as 325 equipment made by Headlock have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 650BX2510 by Heidenhain and 325 spares by Headlock are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
