Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Horton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grove parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Grove product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Horton such as the 847500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HMQ81820H5616 manufactured by Grove and we are pleased to be able to service most Grove systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RBQ8472 by Manufacturer Grove as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Helical Brand MC7CM22520mm16mm in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hi-lo such as 255A equipment made by Hi-lo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hi-lo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hi-lo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E25 made by Helwig as well as the popular 827323 original spares produced by Horton
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4A201 by Hytrol and 255A spares by Hi-lo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8189 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Horton.
