Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Graham 35-1090-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Groosenbacher products, including obsoleted and phased-out Granger-Associates parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Groton product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Groosenbacher such as the fms6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 065350101 manufactured by Granger-Associates and we are pleased to be able to service most Granger-Associates systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FD500 by Manufacturer Groton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Grainger Brand C305098 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Greco-Systems such as 5442 equipment made by Greco-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Greco-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Greco-Systems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 316070 made by Guzik as well as the popular GRBM82415L56 original spares produced by Grove

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 641FMS6 by Voumard-Grossenbacher-Gelag and 5442 spares by Greco-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NEA02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Grundig.
