Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out G.e.-Schmidt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gardasoft product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the 45314017 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 060F50843 manufactured by G.e.-Schmidt and we are pleased to be able to service most G.e.-Schmidt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PP610 by Manufacturer Gardasoft as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Foxboro Brand 28589U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Furnas such as 7MCE401K1 equipment made by Furnas have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Furnas products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Furnas" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DMC2183DC24 made by Galil as well as the popular FUD1M12C original spares produced by Fuji
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DMC4020 by Galil-Motion-Control and 7MCE401K1 spares by Furnas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
