Force Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Force SPARC and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Force SPARC include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the SPARC if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our SPARC repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Furnas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Galil parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Galil product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Furnas such as the 14IB32BC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DMC720 manufactured by Galil and we are pleased to be able to service most Galil systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B12A6F by Manufacturer Galil as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Frog-Navigation-Systems Brand IP9003401A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fuji-Electric such as SA403RCUL400 equipment made by Fuji-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fuji-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fuji-Electric" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4013420542 by Gl-Electronics and SA403RCUL400 spares by Fuji-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
