Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the First Light Technology Dedicated I/O parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fisher-Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fisher product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fisher-Rosemount such as the 12P1824X012CL6721X1A4P15 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 38A6839 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 41B5236X172 by Manufacturer Fisher as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Fischer Brand t216322 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Flender such as CA21M1B6 equipment made by Flender have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Flender products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Flender" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5020256100 made by Giddings--Lewis as well as the popular MFV1260 original spares produced by Fischer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 41B5222X26R by Fisher-Rosemount and CA21M1B6 spares by Flender are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0198415020001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fisher.
