Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fanuc A97L-0118-0923#60A-121 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Reuland products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 P.i.v. product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Reuland such as the D596976 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CHHJ6190Y87 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ASL33 by Manufacturer P.i.v. as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sumitomo Brand CHHS4195DBYR2210 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dodge such as BB483CN180TC equipment made by Dodge have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available B150S09 made by Automax as well as the popular D525MC1403001 original spares produced by Ohio

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CNH6105Y43 by Sumitomo and BB483CN180TC spares by Dodge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
