Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fanuc A20B-3300-0311/11G parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Powertec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Siemens product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Powertec such as the C0031N4N1025 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BTS203003024708 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A5E00155514 by Manufacturer Siemens as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Modicon Brand AMS985042 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gettys such as A730001 equipment made by Gettys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gettys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gettys" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available APLT0800 made by Red-Lion as well as the popular ASC484163 original spares produced by Modicon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ACX631 by Cherokee-International and A730001 spares by Gettys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ASC484266 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon.
