Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Gates products, including obsoleted and phased-out Federal-Mogul parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Flowserve product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gates such as the 93560178 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A3071A3071 manufactured by Federal-Mogul and we are pleased to be able to service most Federal-Mogul systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 148777 by Manufacturer Flowserve as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Garlock Brand 790023908 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Flender such as CA10G56M2H04A equipment made by Flender have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Flender products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Flender" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4EBZ316B made by Falk as well as the popular A06B0314B572 original spares produced by Fanuc
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 04UWAQ2AE45A1 by Falk and CA10G56M2H04A spares by Flender are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
