Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eurotherm 456/55A480V/120V/4-20MA/PA/CL/BPM/GP11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ircon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Irt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ipc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ircon such as the RD105699 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CH2006 manufactured by Irt and we are pleased to be able to service most Irt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 21112476L by Manufacturer Ipc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Foxboro Brand N1205NT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ipm such as 980042D0021 equipment made by Ipm have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 8KT01IRMAST0608340 made by Iris as well as the popular 620106201036 original spares produced by Ipc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 286C7000 by Irt and 980042D0021 spares by Ipm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ACO Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Isi.
