We service and repair Emx UVX-300 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Emx UVX-300 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the UVX-300 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Endress+hauser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Futek product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Endress+hauser such as the DC16TESAGA1B1BMM1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4080 manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IAA200 by Manufacturer Futek as well.

Spare units by Honeywell such as MIDASEHYD equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 45RM4 by Fireye and MIDASEHYD spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
