We service and repair Edwards 2-PPS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Edwards 2-PPS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 2-PPS if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 2-PPS repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Elbag such as the VSE031 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PDM1091012161 manufactured by Electro-Craft and we are pleased to be able to service most Electro-Craft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M307AB00102 by Manufacturer Aeg-Motor-Control as well.

Spare units by Elan-Schmersal such as Srbnarc39ch224v equipment made by Elan-Schmersal have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
