Druck Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Druck PTX and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Druck PTX include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PTX if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PTX repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Duff-Norton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynapar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dynisco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Duff-Norton such as the LT1502200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HA62506000231 manufactured by Dynapar and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynapar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PT1303M by Manufacturer Dynisco as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Dynamics-Research Brand 2921B132000V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Duff-norton such as LR5570 equipment made by Duff-norton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Duff-norton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Duff-norton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M25016 made by Duff-norton as well as the popular 61AAEF600A000 original spares produced by Dynapar
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LM980912 by Duff-norton and LR5570 spares by Duff-norton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
