Drivecon Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Drivecon XT Series and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Drivecon XT Series include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the XT Series if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our XT Series repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eaton product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A06B6089H207 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A16B1210003006F manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SVX075A14A1N1B4C2 by Manufacturer Eaton as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Fanuc Brand A06B6124H104 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Emerson such as 96016904 equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emerson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emerson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BRU500DM100 made by Electro-Craft as well as the popular 06B6088H215H501 original spares produced by Fanuc
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A05B2350C903 by Fanuc and 96016904 spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
