Definox Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Definox DPAX and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Definox DPAX include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DPAX if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our DPAX repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dover-Flexo-Electronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Destaco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Deltron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dover-Flexo-Electronics such as the 6RSF210012A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DPG10M4C manufactured by Destaco and we are pleased to be able to service most Destaco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RS34 by Manufacturer Deltron as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Delta Brand VF750B43C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Det-tronics such as PIRECLA4A1W1 equipment made by Det-tronics have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DLT10EC1 by Destaco and PIRECLA4A1W1 spares by Det-tronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
