Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cincinnati 3-531-3849a parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cisco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cis-Secure-Computing product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cisco such as the WSX2922XLV spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 82502081R manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DTD530S by Manufacturer Cis-Secure-Computing as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Cmc Brand ME8528386B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by V-Mueller such as 123456 equipment made by V-Mueller have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MWI13261 by Cleveland and 123456 spares by V-Mueller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
