Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Chromalox products, including obsoleted and phased-out Computer-Identics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Chromalox such as the 391081108 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CIMAX140097101611 manufactured by Computer-Identics and we are pleased to be able to service most Computer-Identics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CHB2100 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Ceterus-Networks Brand UTS900 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cerus such as CI002GS4 equipment made by Cerus have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cerus products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cerus" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available K261160 made by Chicago-Pneumatic as well as the popular 2110S1000 original spares produced by Chromalox
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PC191 by Chicago-Laser and CI002GS4 spares by Cerus are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
