Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Caterpillar 135-8654 DF parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cone products, including obsoleted and phased-out Crane-Ferguson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dayco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cone such as the B051060WAQTB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 926CDSFFD200 manufactured by Crane-Ferguson and we are pleased to be able to service most Crane-Ferguson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2Z153C by Manufacturer Dayco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Dayco Brand 4RP27 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Clyde-Bergemann such as 175953 equipment made by Clyde-Bergemann have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7N5080 by Caterpillar and 175953 spares by Clyde-Bergemann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
