Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bull Electric IP23 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Carel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Chroma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ckd product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Carel such as the ASET030000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 110221102516502 manufactured by Chroma and we are pleased to be able to service most Chroma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RV3D150 by Manufacturer Ckd as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Cognex Brand 1DMR81000100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cognex such as 2030104RC equipment made by Cognex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cognex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cognex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C8010152 made by Cleveland as well as the popular ISS140 original spares produced by Cerus

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7245 by Cmc and 2030104RC spares by Cognex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P55 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cincinnati.
