Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Browning VTWS-232 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dayco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dayco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Delroyd product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayco such as the 2M518 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 345L100 manufactured by Dayco and we are pleased to be able to service most Dayco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DVM100 by Manufacturer Delroyd as well.

Spare units by Cat such as 3748473 equipment made by Cat have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MU253 by Cone and 3748473 spares by Cat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
