Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Boston F724-30Z-B5-J-ACS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Magpowr products, including obsoleted and phased-out Demag parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sew product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Magpowr such as the GBB90 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FG10B3U0H3F3 manufactured by Demag and we are pleased to be able to service most Demag systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FH47 by Manufacturer Sew as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Ketchie-houston Brand KH134913A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sew such as K77AM184 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IEC475 made by Dodge as well as the popular G0A0UQ original spares produced by P.i.v.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HU403 by Conedrive and K77AM184 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GRGHM82180H5616 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Grove.
