We service and repair Binar UHS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Binar UHS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the UHS if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our UHS repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bonfigioli products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bonfigioli parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bk-Mikro product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bonfigioli such as the RAN20DA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 319647 manufactured by Bonfigioli and we are pleased to be able to service most Bonfigioli systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TK24203 by Manufacturer Bk-Mikro as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Bodine Brand 34X4BFCLZ3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bionx such as SMCREV62B equipment made by Bionx have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bionx products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bionx" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8370H011 made by Bodine as well as the popular 0176500090 original spares produced by Bison
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0218282028 by Bison and SMCREV62B spares by Bionx are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
