Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bimba TE-043-EB1M parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Blark-Box products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bodine product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Blark-Box such as the ACU1002A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BLMC50E30S manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NPP34RH by Manufacturer Bodine as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Blac-Inc Brand 00046P04201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Blonder-Tongue such as ZCM48550 equipment made by Blonder-Tongue have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7710019A00 by Binder and ZCM48550 spares by Blonder-Tongue are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
