Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Automation Intelligence 5131371-06 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Avg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Br parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bailey product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Avg such as the EDS6MF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5AP9801505K31 manufactured by Br and we are pleased to be able to service most Br systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IIADP02 by Manufacturer Bailey as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Br Brand 5PC7201505K07 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Br such as 5C200101 equipment made by Br have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 115243 made by Balluff as well as the popular BIC071 original spares produced by Balluff

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 77A1D240UC by Avtron and 5C200101 spares by Br are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5C560112 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Br.
