Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eupec product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the ASB984101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CIMRM5A40110XXXX manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BSM200GB120DLC by Manufacturer Eupec as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Omron Brand CJ2HCPU64EIP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Raytheon such as B3420100030 equipment made by Raytheon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Raytheon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Raytheon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ASP180011 made by Modicon as well as the popular C200HDA003 original spares produced by Omron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C40PCDT1A by Omron and B3420100030 spares by Raytheon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
