Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ashai products, including obsoleted and phased-out Atlas-Copco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Arcus-Technology product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ashai such as the 5059a010 spares. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 54400100 by Asco-Joucomatic and 4240044281 spares by Atlas-Copco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
