Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Anca 946-0-00-0054 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Arpeco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Anorad parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Astro-med product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Arpeco such as the 2291 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A9535004502 manufactured by Anorad and we are pleased to be able to service most Anorad systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 41571401 by Manufacturer Astro-med as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Anderson Brand GB170G07121 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Asco such as EF8215C53 equipment made by Asco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NEB made by Asb as well as the popular SR71G004011A2 original spares produced by Anderson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0004D48A by Applied-Robotics and EF8215C53 spares by Asco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6421138F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asm.
