Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aro-Welding-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Asahi-America product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aro-Welding-Technologies such as the 58AMW05C2C7B3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PPL657 manufactured by Asem and we are pleased to be able to service most Asem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A94WJ by Manufacturer Asahi-America as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Asco Brand 8211B56 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Asco such as 8220G07 equipment made by Asco have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 8220G19 made by Asco as well as the popular EFH original spares produced by Appleton
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SR73G00501100 by Anderson and 8220G07 spares by Asco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
