Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schaeffler products, including obsoleted and phased-out A-O-Smith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schaeffler such as the 7322BXLMPUO spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4K678 manufactured by A-O-Smith and we are pleased to be able to service most A-O-Smith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9560H1614A633114 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.
